You will learn The Mortgage Office® in a group environment, where you can meet and network with others in the lending field. The seminar includes materials, great food, and tons of Q&A. Many customers even spend the weekend after the Seminar with their families visiting Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Disneyland, and many other Southern California hot spots.
What's Covered on Day One
Online Center, Security Level Setup, Navigation and Functionality, Database Maintenance, Loan, Lenders and Vendor Setup. Payment Entry, Lender and Vendor Transactions, Reminders, Notices, Statements, Reports, Custom Letters and Reports, Relationship of Trust Accounting to Loan Servicing, and basic functions
Thursday: 9am - 4pm PST
What's Covered on Day Two
Loan Amortization and Rate Types, Interest Methods, Payment Hierarchy, Loan Transactions, Corrections, Servicing Fees, Lender Rollovers, Check Printing, Disbursements, Charges, Refunds to Borrowers, Voiding/Reissue Checks, Loan Modifications (Adjustments, Assignments, etc.) and other advanced functions.
