Payment Entry, Lender and Vendor Transactions, Reminders, Notices, Statements, Reports, Custom Letters and Reports, Relationship of Trust Accounting to Loan Servicing, and basic functions
Thursday: 9am - 4pm PST
What's Covered on Day Two
Loan Amortization and Rate Types, Interest Methods, Payment Hierarchy, Loan Transactions, Corrections, Servicing Fees, Lender Rollovers, Check Printing, Disbursements, Charges, Refunds to Borrowers, Voiding/Reissue Checks, Loan Modifications (Adjustments, Assignments, etc.) and other advanced functions.
